While we strive to make every customer's experience a positive one, we regret that we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are dedicated to working with you to find a solution that meets your needs and preferences. Our team is always ready to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.

SCRUNCHIE/JEWELRY EXCHANGES:

As of now, we do not offer exchanges for online scrunchie orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you encounter any problems with your scrunchie order, please reach out to us.

APPAREL RETURN POLICY

We currently use, Printify, a Print On Demand company, to fulfill our apparel, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
